Peer to Peer Workshops

Jackson Memorial Hospitals' mission is to build the health of the community of Miami-Dade County. Jackson International extends this mission to the global community. In an effort to share expertise with clinicians internationally, we host workshops with the goal of contributing to the medical services available to people living in and visiting foreign countries.

These educational workshops last between one and two days, depending on the sessions chosen by the local medical professionals. Topics range from the management of critically injured patients, disaster management, management of blast injuries, hands-on abdominal sonography for trauma, as well as neurological, cardiac and neonatal emergencies.

If your organization is interested in learning more about this workshop and other educational programs offered by Jackson International, or would like to request a workshop, please complete our Education Request Form.
